Are Love Mila Brand Retreats/Events only for Black Women?

Our mission is to celebrate & empower Black women and create soul-nourishing spaces for connection. We encourage personal growth and development while keeping our culture alive. Some of our retreats include workshops and activities geared specifically for Black women. Occasionally, we will open our retreats up to include families, in this case, it will be specifically stated in the description. This is where we can be ourselves and discuss our unique experiences, unapologetically.

Can my husband/significant other come along?

Occasionally, we allow for co-ed registration. Significant others are welcome, however, there will be workshops and discussions that only women are allowed to attend to ensure we are creating a safe environment for private discussions. During these workshops, men are free to explore the resort and/or find activities to do on their own. You can catch up to them later. Remember, these retreats are meant for you to focus and love on yourself without the distractions of home and family life. Co-ed retreats will be clearly stated in the description.

What does "All-Inclusive" mean?

Your entire stay, unlimited food & drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic), room service, entertainment, resort activities, and transportation to/from the airport are all included in your price. Personal upgrades and services (i.e. Spa services and special excursions) may incur additional charges should you choose to add them after your arrival. We chose this format because we want you to be able to fully focus on yourself while with us. We take the stress of overspending while on vacation away!

Why are your retreats restricted to only 50 or 60 participants?

We have always valued quality over quantity! While we have the ability to accommodate many more people, we choose to focus on creating an unforgettable experience for each participant rather than hosting the largest group retreats.

Are flights included?

Some experiences do include flights and will be included in the description. For retreats that do not include flights, we will inform all attendees of deals that we find for you so that you can book the best options.

Will there be waist beads available?

Absolutely! At our core, we are a Waist Bead and Empowerment Company. With over 17 years in waist bead design, we will always offer our quality waist beads to attendees!

What else can I expect from a Love Mila Brand Retreat?

While each retreat is unique to give returning guests a surprise factor with each meet-up, you can expect ALL Love Mila Brand events to be planned with much intention! We like to focus on overall wellness, which means mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health. We are also committed to safety first and creating a welcoming environment for women of all backgrounds and beliefs.
